I would prefer Mayfield over Stafford for 2023.
If our team was configured like 2021 I have no reason not to choose Stafford
Our team is not going to be over stacked but should be very talented.
Baker, is a better leader in the respects on how he can rally a team and inspire
In this system and with plays being called according to gameplan you can clearly see Baker can execute at a very high level perhaps even MVP
Stafford with all of his experience and with all the special talent afforded gets us the win that Jared Goff could not as a very young QB but statistically comparable talents

Baker Mayfield could become very special with the above the shoulder impact that neither Goff or Stafford have mastered or demonstrated as consistently with more talented teams. I am not ashamed to say that I like Baker more in horns much like other young QBs for Rams: Jared Goff, Kurt Warner, Jim Everette and Vince Ferragamo.
Just my feelings and I hope Stafford can remain healthy or leave the game on top but Stafford's best has limitations while his talent seems unlimitted it is also our achilles heel when it comes to game planning and play calling.
