Yes, but....

In the past and in this situation I would have rooted for the Vikings over the Niners... that's a 'given'... BUT.... there would have been NO fondness for the Vikings from me even should they have beaten the Niners... THAT is what has changed, for me. If the Vikings knock off the Niners I'm going to actually, even if only momentarily, dare I say 'like' the Vikings? Yes, I think that's possible.
