at times when the rule book is basically a book with words that a ref can change into how he sees/depicts his opinion on. Kinda like a living rule book, it can change/morph into other areas based upon a person idea of what that rule should mean.

Replay if done right is a great thing but IMO they have screwed it up much like other things as the game progresses through time.
