I think it an extremely difficult if not impossible task to Head Coach AND be the OC, (in everything but name).

I think McVay is a great HC so I would NEVER advocate his stepping down and becoming an OC... BUT IF HE DID I think he would be great at it.... and very little like we see with him as HC and OC. - JamesJM
