My son lives in Fair Oaks. We will be there to see the family over xmas. A few years back we rented a house right on the shores of Folsom lake. Granite Bay is a nice area and if I wasn't so entrenched in So Cal I might consider moving there to be close to family since there is nothing in the future for them moving down here.
