The game doesn't work if you do that.
The only reason it "almost" works in college is that teams carry a huge roster and each win isn't as important as in the NFL.
It's a teaching tool in college. It gets you to clean up your form. It gets you to try to hit in a reasonable way.
Even then, the majority of ejections for me are non flagrant. Just bad luck or sloppy form. Head hunting is basically over.
How would a ref judge intention?
