Ever do something you really love doing? Sean McVay really loves to coach, he may not love talking and announcing as much. It is really simple in my mind. Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. It may be tough but I suspect it is what he has always wanted to do and isn't planning on leaving it anytime soon.
