Especially if Stafford, AD and Ramsey are not in the picture next season. It would actually be good for the next HC who would be able to build the team HIS way. Lets face it, the Rams need a LOT of new faces, Player wise. My thinking is, if McVay has ZERO interest in the Network stuff for the next 5+ years, he will be back with ZERO question, regardless of who stays or goes from the team. But if it HAS been bouncing in his head and we lose several key Players?? Yeah, I can see him stepping aside. I HOPE he will stay. It would cut the rebuild time to possibly next season. If we get a new HC, I think we'd be 2-3 years away.
