Things are bleak cause we have no first round pick?

When was the last time we had one? And what's the hit rate on first rounders? And can one first round pick turn a franchise around overnight?

Also, he could leave, but I don't think he walks away after this dumpster fire of a season. I think he's too much of a competitor. Good coaches are uber competitive and won't just 'walk away' from a mess.
