In the early 2000's I would say yes. But...

Not now. I say keep the number in rotation. Warner hasn't been shy about where is "allegiance" lies and it's to Arizona. So let the Cards retire #13 , not us.

I don't think Warner would appreciate it if the Rams retired it anyway. rolled eyes smiley

I love KW for the memories and the time he was a Ram but once you "choose" to not want to be a part of the Rams, it's time to move on.

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood

Don't know why but I have never understood the deal with retiring numbers.

I think Warner has handled the Rams / Cards thing well, IMO.
