Close call. Kurt probably had the best 3 year run any QB ever had for the Rams, he lead us to our first SB. But it still is a small sample size and he was aided by some of the biggest stars this franchise has ever seen. Plus an absolutely fantastic offensive mind in Martz.

My vote in a very close call: Nr. 13 should not be retired. Did not do it long enough for the Rams.
