it's what is ripe in the rule book, it's set up for it...I swear I thought I saw a similar hit on Wolford at some time and not a flag even close to being thrown...it was a vicious hit by Yeast for sure, but at the same time I saw nothing illegal about it....the rule book has become simply a book that can be interpreted to what a person thinks it means, it's not a structural set of rules...it sucks....
You can have the same type play within a game and have different outcomes, you can have similar plays in other games and they can be determined differently as well.
