Rams were sputtering like hell in that game. We have had NO running game AT ALL, all season. I get what you say about the injuries. It's a Historical amount. But like I said, they all did not go down in week 1. Rams have been out of sorts across the board on O. The O line just made it much worse. Even if we find FIVE Studs in 2023, we still have NO RBs that are reliable, Stafford has been off even with time, outside of Kupp, guys are not open or dropping everything (Higbee). It has been a Injury nightmare season but we have a LOT of other issues. Whit was THE back bone and leader of the O line. When he left, that was hole #1 in the O line and the start of a bad snowball.
and we also bounced back and started 2-1 and then the wheels started to fall off...once we were down to a guy who we got off the street (Kolone) playing center and were down to 3rd team OG's by week 4 we were doomed... it just got worse from there.
No one is saying we'd be 11-0 with no injuries, but most people are smart enough to realize the historic run of injuries to a teams most important unit was insurmountable
blaming just about anything other than the obvious is just fodder for complaining about irrelevant issues.
and to say "we all saw the big crash coming" is just silly....nobody saw this coming, it's insane what this team went through this year on the OL
