I really never saw an O-Lineman who was such a leader of his positional players. he'd open his house up to underlings to work out, to talk to, to teach fundamentals, to mentor with life issues. His ability to be a top of the line LT was a cherry on top. IMO he did more for this offensive line than the O-Line coaches......They are missing much more than an ace in the hole LT on the field.
I so wish he'd come back as a line coach, IMO he could make lemonade out of these lemons.
