I’m now opposed to 2nd contracts for virtually any RB. Their useful shelf life doesn’t warrant it, frankly. Draft a RB every year is the way to go.
Besides, this is reportedly a bumper crop RB class. Best in years. Why blow cap dollars on an expensive FA RB when there are inexpensive gems throughout the draft?
I’d much prefer to use our 2nd and 3rd on an Edge, LOT, or TE that fell depending on what they do in FA, of course.
