He had a stinger - neck injury with numbness, I think. It cleared up by the end of the week. I don't think he ever received a concussion diagnosis, it seemed like they were just being cautious. I for one, hope I never see Perkins or the Wolf take another snap for the Rams, but sadly I don't believe this will be the case, considering the crap show this year has been for injuries.
