In 1976, Bud Carson had perhaps the most amazing series of games by any defensive coordinator in NFL history. In the final 9 games of that season, the Steelers gave up 6, 0, 0, 0, 3, 16, 3, 0, and 0 points. I wonder why he left the Steelers after that season and how the Rams managed to steal him away.
