IMO, that is what McVay wanted after Gurley went down.

Agreed on the usage 2k and I will add very un-creative play designs in the run game too! McVay's passing plays are much more creative than his run game!

I am seeing very unimaginative play calling on BOTH sides of the ball this year and it sure isn't helping us!

it really does NONE of his RB's any good by not letting them get any sort of feel for the game,,,,EVERY RB at any level will tell you they need to get so many carries before they even get a feel for the defense and the blocking.

I will give McVay a pass on this year for the play calling because he is hog tied for the most part by the insane amount of injuries to the OL and can't run anything that he really wants to, but he could at least change the way he handles the RB's....I don't care WHO it is, just let ONE of them the chance to get into a rhythm.
