And some of the points DO add up. Great Coaches do NOT ignore O line needs and draft tiny WRs that see 3-4 plays in a season. Great Coaches do NOT ignore a running game....EVER! Great Coaches do not place your ONE AND ONLY QB worth half a crap in bad situations behind a injury riddled O line. And a half way decent Coach has at least ONE back up QB worth half a crap. McVay's Coaching stopped being ground breaking / Special by the end of 2018. Teams figured out the bells n whistles (Ask the Niners). McVay's O is as predictable as tomorrow's sunrise. And just HOW low are we this year without Kupp??? If having issues with that makes me an Idiot? I'll take it. Better than looking the other way. McVay DID turn things around when he got here. I will give him that. But there is no denying the above.
Yes, sorry but anybody who wants to run a coach like McVay out of town without realizing we are literally signing guys off the street to play OL because we can’t even keep the back ups healthy is just not very smart…it’s that simple.
He has been one of the winningest coaches in league history because he can coach ….
Shanny went
6-10 2017
4-12 2018
6-10 2020
You don’t see them running him out of town…
Smart people realize injuries can derail a season faster than anything and right now we are dealing with one of the worst injury plagued season any team has ever seen.
So when I hear people saying he needs to go do TV I just laugh at the ignorance
