Those 4 teams, on average, won 4 more games the following season with 3 of 4 making the playoffs. (I counted the '82 49ers as 5-11 there because of the strike-shortened season).

So yeah, a crap season for the Rams. But history says they should rebound at least somewhat in 2023.
