My opinion is though there may be some like you mention but
majority would trade a SB win for a few years of rebuilding

A few years of rebuilding is one thing but it took the Rams twenty years to win another SB the first time.
There were some really intolerable times we had to suffer through.
Let's hope the rebuild goes faster this time.
