If the Rams prioritize fixing the OL, I mean REALLY trying to fix the OL, the other issues become smaller IMO. It ALL starts with the OL.
McVay is an offensive "guru", it's his "strength", so let's get that part of the team fixed first. If we can get back to scoring 27-30 points a game it will at least make us competitive again. Scoring points will also help our D.
We will need to get at least 2 strong vets for the OL in FA. I would look for another LT and C in FA, then draft or develop the IOL.
We also need a RB1...A bigger, stronger RB than what we have been signing. I am sure there will be some available in the Draft and FA.
We have to get the run game going again. McVay's O doesn't work very well without it. lol However, without fixing the OL, the run game won't work anyway. Again, it all starts with the OL. A good to above average OL can make an average RB look even better.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
