More like a "Talent" transplant...for both coaches and players! All our good coaches have poached and our better players let go! At some point that has to catch up with you and that point seems to be now.
didn't most of these guys win a Super Bowl last year? there is talent on this roster....Stafford, Kupp, AD, Wagner, Ramsey, etc... we are just way too top heavy with little to no depth and can't sustain the coaching turnover due to all the poaching
this team has lost its heart...there is no fight left it seems....I hate to think it, but it looks like McVay has lost this team
