I don't even really have a 'theory'.... I mean, the "we sold out for one SB" idea has some merit, agreed... but it doesn't explain this year. I also don't really see the "resting on laurels" theory... or the "they've given up" theory. The injuries excuse is legit... no doubt... but even that doesn't explain it all.
Something systemic occurred. And whatever caused it I don't think it can be localized onto one individual or even a group, (like the OL)... it's a pandemic and everyone, except Kupp, has succumbed. - JamesJM
Well you can't change your coaching staff every year and lose impact players like Whit and Miller and Woods/OBJ, THEN get hit by the injury bug.
Consider how many impact coaches around the League have come from our building.
