I don't think we are in danger of losing him to another team this off season like we have every year since McVay got here. lol

The stealing of our OC's stops right here! lol Maybe McVay wanted a bad hire so he would at least stay for more than one season without being "poached"?

He might not get poached by another team but might be let go anyway...and I would be ok with that if he has any fault at all for O being so bad.
