Not sure who to blame! lol

Is it up to the players to work at getting better at catching the ball on their own or is it up to the coaches to MAKE them do more drills with the jugs machine?

Maybe a little of both! lol

If I am a coach and I see all those dropped int's, I take the lead and MAKE them hit the jugs machine during or after practice just like you would do with a WR. IMO, it's a coaches JOB to "coach up" the players no matter what they might need to improve on.
