Ultimately, McVay is the HC, & bears responsibility for both sides of the ball.
But the reality is; if we canned both McVay & Morris tomorrow, McVay gets a HC gig immediately somewhere in the NFL. Morris MIGHT get a assistant coaching job somewhere. But he'll never be an HC in the NFL.
Very true but there are reasons for that waaaaay beyond just competence. Let's be real about that.
