Asked this before with no one answering.

How much of this was Holmes/Agnew leaving? They were there in 2019.

The lions have had a ton of rookies and UDFAs contributing the last 2 years, BUT they suck so is that just such a lower bar that rookies can and will contribute there.

I'd also say that the Rams were in contention and so they were picking guys like tutu that are gadget players in an effort to fill in small holes in an otherwise stout team.

Normally, you'd expect the Rams to pick a guy like Aman Ra St. Brown as a 4th rounder. He was the epitome of the robert woods/van jefferson/kupp lineage. A work hard, savvy, do everything decent WR. Tutu looked like a home run swing hoping to get a deep threat for the Rams on win now mode versus St. Brown that is a key long-term contributor.
