One, I highly doubt all of them walk out the door together like a 1998 Chicago Bulls-type situation. And frankly I think McVay is more tied to Stafford and Kupp than Donald.
Donald might well retire after 2023. I would think 2024
at the latest. But Stafford and Kupp's extensions both keep them in LA through
at least 2024 and likely 2025.
I think part of their trade offer for Burns is planning for life after Donald and wanting a star defensive player to backfill there.
I think McVay is there through 2024 (8 seasons as HC) with a chance for a 9th season in 2025. At the absolute latest 2026 and 10 full seasons but I'd give that roughly 25/75 odds right now.
