I've met and seen Charbonnet in person.
His physique is such a puzzle imo (this isn't a bad thing). Like his lower half isn't super stocky. His calves aren't like the super bulgy calves that are so pronounced in RBs when you watch them do stairs. Not to say he isn't muscular.. he is. Yet somehow he's just a load to get on the ground. His balance has to be really really good.
Reminds me of his RB coach Deshaun Foster. Similar build, tougher to take down on first contact, not super fast and not super shifty, but has that balance.
Mentally, he checks off the boxes. He will pass the interviews with flying colors. Super good, nice, intellectual guy. His head is in the right place and values are really strong.
Can be a special teams players as well, so teams should think about that even though UCLA won't showcase those skills given he's their workhorse at RB.
