on passing downs.
Sad state of affairs when he is.
It's like starting a CB who runs a 4.8 forty.
Rams have not filled the cupboard
with solid players if these two are on the field
Gaines is usually a very good run defender
and should be starting nose---but we need
someone with real pass rush skills to be
in game in passing situations.
Gaines and Lewis as DTs in passing downs
Donald and Floyd are the end, and Wagner
is the money backer---
Donald can play anywhere---he's that good,
but there is a reason he's inside, he's the best
ever at rushing from the inside.
Outside, he's good--but IMO not what he is
inside
this is a problem, IMO, that won't go away
Lewis is a disappointment, Hollins cannot rush
all these late-round pass rushers cannot play
just too bad Donald has to go it alone
