His skill set, though limited, just might be dynamic on those slow-developing deep plays that we cannot run until the OL gives the QB time to throw well-timed passes.
The rushed throw that is just a wee bit overthrown and gets Stafford a shot to the ribcage tracks back to O line protection and Tutu's limited catch radius. Deep throws to him have to be precise. Many moving parts here.
Re: Catch radius: Megatron had the catch radius of a radar dish. Tutu's is more like a bushel basket. That requires extreme dep ball accuracy from Stafford, which in turn requires tight three-second protection up front.
Until it's all there Tutu's contributions are nil.
