The o-line is the weakest link on this team. So many problems stem from the bad o-line play.
No holes in the run game. Not enough protection for the QB to go deep (takes Atwell completely out of the playbook).
I am really not convinced it makes much sense to go after Hunt (or any other playmaker) unless the o-line is improved. Might be better to hold on to the picks, retool over the offseason and make another run in 2023.
And who knows, maybe the current roster gets on a roll and gets hot at the right time to make a playoff push and run.

I think once Shelton returns that our OL will be sufficient for a playoff run, if we can now make playoffs at all. Problem is that nobody seems to know when he’ll return.

I agree on not getting Hunt. I hope Rams pass on him and trade for D’Ernest Johnson instead for maybe a 6th.
As to pursuing trades for ‘savior starters’? Maybe the smarter move is to stand pat and use those picks and cap dollars for moves next offseason for a final SB window push.
I would understand and be at peace if Rams chose that strategy.
