If McVay isn't calling the plays then it's his fault for not stepping in. I agree, the plays have been the most un-creative plays I have ever seen from a McVay offense.

It’s become a Catch-22. Personnel limitations are largely tying McVay’s hands in play calling options. Very frustrating to see this once feared Ram O neutered.
