Absolutely.. the D is not "perfect".. but Rams would see more incremental improvement if changes are made on the Offensive side vs Defensive side.
When you basically score like 16 points a game.. you can't expect to win games.
People need to focus on what is needed to change the offense to get improvement there vs spending more energy on what to fix on the defensive side.
If the Offense starts to score like 24 points a game.. then lets start harping on the defense and see what improvements are needed there.
OTW, we ask for Defense to improve and let's say it does...goes from giving up like 18 points a game to 15 points a game and guess what, Rams will still have a good chance to lose since the Offense isn't scoring.
