2 TE's. Belichick mentioned how effective it was when he played Cleveland earlier this year. It doesn't have to be always run-first. Be clever, use Skow as the 2nd TE.
I'd also make use of a shovel pass or two. If their line is going to be aggressive then give them sucker plays to bite on.
