McVay finally realized what every competent scout already knows.
You don't draft a diminutive player in the 1st or 2nd round. I have a hard time believing Snead didn't know this. My guess is Les was placating the "boss" McVay or Les simply got overruled when he explained why you don't do it.
Tutu is just way too small. You really can't do much with him. If any defender gets a hand on him he's out of the play. And if he has anyone near him when he tries to make a catch he gets squashed like a bug. All he can do is run a fly pattern. Funny cause thats what he looks like, a fly.
