I think that those calls are pretty tough to make.
I mean...when these players see a defender from their peripheral vision at the last second, they all instinctually duck - which results in H2H contact. But this isn't the fault of the defender.
I thought Ramsey's hit was clean football.
Looked at that play closely and thought I saw a slight duck, too. No ill intent on that hit.
