Does he have flaws as a head coach. Yes. What head coach in the history of the league doesn't have any? Who would you prefer was our coach? Someone older and wiser like Jeff Fisher? Is this some kind of reverse age-ism - that somehow it's not his talent, but his age that's important. As others have pointed out, this team was a dumpster fire for over a decade and what he's accomplished, at his age, with this team, is historical.
