NFL Europe worked for players, refs, and coaches. You could do 6 teams even. Or 8 - 2 divisions of 4. Play offseason from NFL. NFL teams can assign players. Local fans might support, maybe. The knock-off leagues here keep opening and folding so often, it doesn't seem viable long term. But if a europe league had NFL money backing it it might survive. Would be great to develop all the college QB's who don't operate under center or run a pro offense.
