Type of back or not, they are not good

I know we're not looking for Travis Henry, but we haven't had a back that's a threat to do anything more than gain 3 or 4 yards for a long time. Without a competent backfield there's no success to play action, and McVay loves to run that when it works. The backs we bring in are just mediocre or not good at all. I don't think it's coaches orders to bring in underachievers.
