Can Skura learn enough in the short time he's here to play center? If so I think that's where he's needed most.
We have other guards availabe (unproven, to me) who can tep in at LG - Evans was turned around pre-snap asking Stafford what he should do - and then totally whiffing. Can Otay play LG?
McVay may need to abandon some of the sophisticated offense he draws up and let the vets he has available go out and play sandlot football, i.e. 2 TE's, 2 RB's "You (Cooper) and you (Hendo) go out for a pass. Everybody else,
block!"
Maybe not exactly that, but close. Mix in ther empty backfield stuff; mix in the 11 packages, mix in the 12 packages, but keep it simple and rely on your players to win their matchups - and give them assignments in those matchups they can win.
My biggest misgiving going into this game is that the Rams and McVay will abandon a tentative commitment to a balanced run/pass offense, and revert to what doesn't work to finish a game that could be won - and lose it.
