I absolutely agree. An NFL coach can coach speak all he wants to the media and fans but if your second-year, 2nd round pick is not active that action is louder than any words. Tutu was a healthy scratch during 49ers week. There is no use in trying to sugar coat it. UDFA Brandon Powell is the same stature, position and role. Powell is getting packages with the offense. McVay should just say Powell is ahead of him on the depth chart because he earned the playing time.
