Oh I don't think it is really a Snead issue but when you let a team Captain foundational player go. Send a California native to Nashville. It might send a bad message to guys inside the locker room not named AD, Stafford,Kupp or Ramsey. From the outside tons of players might want to come to Rams but the Woods move might have long term consequences inside the existing locker room. It was a McVay move that Snead will have to deal with.
