He's right, but it's not like the NFL has made a secret of the dress code, as silly as it might be.
If it's worth it to him to pay $10K to "be swaggy" all power too him (and cheers for donating to charity as well) but it's pretty weak to try and shift the blame when he knowingly is flaunting the rules.
