Great as he is McVay is not perfect. He clearly prefers pass catchy type RBs who have speed to threaten defenses on his preferred outside zone runs.
I can understand a coach having a preference for players who fit a scheme, but all of them? Every single RB has to be small? Somehow they expect 5 or 6 RBs to come up injured so that they all have to fit the same prototype?
