perkins was only almost ok in the preseason. against a bunch of backups.

i'm not even sure perkins belongs on the 53 squad.

I will try this one last time. This guy isn't serious (though I'm shocked how many are jumping aboard). He's trolling one Stafford game and making innuendo about his lack of mobility being a problem (too bad that disqualifies Marino, Manning, Brady, Warner, and Johnny U).He doesn't really believe in Perkins...he's just trying to create controversy when emotions are high after a loss. Fans are easy prey for this twisted game I believe lacks entertainment value for anyone but him.

We all have our opinions and we are all here because we like talking about the Rams. I happen to think Perkins is a good player with a decent arm. Hopefully Stafford bounces back and stays healthy but I have my doubts at age 34 with an offensive line that can't keep him protected. I believe in Perkins... I'm not sure why you don't. For the last 2 years....Perkins has made plenty of great plays in the preseason....you can say it was against 3rd stringers or that you don't like him because he doesn't have a cannon for an arm. We don't know what we have in Perkins...until he is actually placed in a real live game....he may prove his doubters wrong or he may flop.
