If the O line can't hold up for a pocket type passer, maybe the better choice is to put someone in who can escape the pocket and run.
I'd think McVay would change to a quick pass offense before he would ever take a healthy Stafford out of a game.
Hopefully Stafford can adapt his game to quick passing because this o-line will not hold up. Sort of like how other teams have game planned for Aaron Donald.
Plus, they better find running backs who aren't afraid to run full speed....talking about Cam Akers. Maybe we can convert Bryce Perkins into a running back with his 4.5 speed...just kidding....but he could be a great running QB....just wish he had a stronger arm. I wonder if he could develop a stronger arm. Look at Tua in Miami.....He looked pretty good against the Patriots and he has been criticized as having a weak arm.
