Great players get missed because they don't fit a mold

I've said it over and over. The Combine drills are silly. The game is football.
These coaches and scouts get enamored over HWS, and forget that the object is to be a really good football player.

So, some really good football players get overlooked and you wind up with the Kurt Warner's and AD's on your team, leading you to Superbowls and being inducted into the HOF.
