No player experienced the type of breakout that Cooper Kupp did last season. He went from being a solid wide receiver to one of the three or four best, winning the triple crown in 2021 with 145 catches, 1,947 yards and 16 touchdowns.

It’ll be tough to top those numbers, but after that historic season, Kupp has undoubtedly put himself in the company of the top receivers in football.


Incredibly, Kupp didn’t even make the NFL’s Top 100 Players list last year after being voted 89th in 2020. Obviously, he made a massive jump in the rankings this season. He came in at No. 4 on this year’s list, his highest ranking ever.

Kupp is the top-ranked wide receiver on the list, edging out Davante Adams, who was voted the seventh-best player and second-best wideout.

Kupp was last year’s Offensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl MVP, dominating from start to finish. His worst game was a five-catch, 64-yard performance in Week 4, but in every other game, he had at least six catches for 92 yards.

It was one of the greatest seasons ever by a wide receiver, one that will be difficult for anyone to match.
